Questions about price
Who counts as an active student?
Anyone studying now. Archive a student who has left and they no longer count — the seat frees up, their records stay.
How are staff counted?
Active and invited staff, besides the director. The director does not count.
How much is Premium?
We agree on it by the size of your centre — with a contract and an invoice, paid by bank transfer.
What happens to my data when I move to Premium?
All of it moves to a dedicated server. The old address redirects to the new one; your login and password stay the same. The move takes a few minutes.
Shall we talk about Premium?
Tell us about your centre and we will work out the price together.
