Who it is for · Language schools
A system for language schools
Every course with its own levels, every group with its own timetable: from the first enquiry to the trial lesson, from the group to the monthly bill — in one place.
Sounds familiar
- Finding the right group for a new student means leafing through timetables
- A student moves up a level and their debt and payments stay behind in the old group
- Nobody counts who came to a trial lesson, and which advert worked is anyone’s guess
- Book sales live in a separate notebook and never reach the till
What the system does about it
-
Levels and groups
Every course takes its own levels — Beginner, Elementary… IELTS. An enquiry records the course, the level and the days and hours that suit: one board shows how many people are waiting for each level.
-
Trial lessons and the monthly bill
Trial lessons are not billed. The monthly bill follows from the course price and the group’s timetable; a discount is a percentage or an amount, with its reason.
-
Which advert works
The admissions report shows where enquiries came from — Instagram, Telegram, word of mouth — and why people did not stay: price, timetable or location.
-
The teacher’s share
Each group has its own percentage: the teacher’s share is worked out from every payment, and the director signs off the month’s sheet.
-
Books with QR codes
Every book carries its own QR code: the sale goes into the till, and you see how many are left at each branch.
Questions
Do we set the levels ourselves?
Yes. The list of levels is yours: pick the ones each course needs and put them in your own order.
What if a student moves up a level?
Move them to the new group: their debt or overpayment and payment history go with them.
Is the free plan enough for a language school?
The free plan covers 1 branch, 1 course and 10 active students — to start and to try. For a bigger centre, Premium has no limits.
