Where and how your data is kept
Students, payments and pay — the most important records your centre has. This is how we keep them.
-
A server in Tashkent
The database is kept on a server in Uzbekistan.
-
A separate database per centre
Each centre has its own database. Every request is checked for which centre it comes from — another centre cannot reach your data.
-
A backup every night
An encrypted backup is taken every night. You can download the full backup from the panel at any time.
-
Roles and permissions
Staff see only the sections and branches they are allowed to. Only the director can delete for good.
-
Every change logged
Who changed what, and when — recorded with the old and the new value.
-
Access control
Passwords are never stored in plain text. The director can turn on two-step sign-in — a password and a code from the phone; our administrators always sign in that way. An inactive account is signed out at once.
-
Network protection
The site and the panel work over HTTPS only; the server sits behind Cloudflare.
What reaches us
To improve the system, only general figures reach the platform.
Sent
- The number of students, groups and staff
- Which sections are used
- The director’s name and phone — so we can get in touch
Never sent
- Names and phone numbers of students and parents
- Payment and pay amounts
- Your staff’s details
Questions
Can I take all my data with me?
Yes. Download the full backup; lists export to Excel.
Can data be deleted by accident?
A deleted record goes to the trash first and can be restored. A backup is taken every night, and you can download the full backup yourself.
